The management is terrible. I could even say that the fires that have occurred recently are indirectly triggered by this horrible management. Probably a combination of very irresponsible people renting here and very inconpetent management allowing it to occur... who knows !!

Sounds like you think you are the only competent person in Atlanta. Did the managers set the fire or was it someones kid playing with matches? You didn't mention that everyone wss provided with a place to live by the management. How can you make such an inflamatory accusation and then say "who knows!!" ? You are not the sharpest tool in the shed.
