Went from good to bad!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
After living at Palisades for 5 years, I saw it go from a good community to a worst community. Moved during change of management. Not to mention the management changes during the five years. First 2 years the complex was nice, but when they started changing the office mangement every few months the property got "ghettoized!!
They need to clean the vents in the apartments - I now have respiratory problems and they could also screen the people more. People who moved in during last three years were of a lower class and didn't care about the community.
