The new owners seem more interested in raising the rent than anything else. We have a cockroach problem in the building and they do nothing despite complaints. Courtesy officer gets a free apartment and harrasses residents over tags and parking, but never is around when there is a real problem. Loud parties have become the norm, and a car was set afire recently. They don't seem to be doing much in the way of background checks. Water and sewer bill will add about $75 a month to your rent quote, so be wary. Buildings are 20 years old and have no light fixtures. Look elsewhere, Walton River is not a good place to live. We are moving out when lease is up in November.

I live here and the courtesy officer arrested a reckless driver that almost killed my son and drove a neighbors child to school when he missed the bus. Glad you are gone!
