I like it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Sure, it is not the nicest most glamerous place but I never expected that for the amount of rent that I pay. There are many problems with my apartment but usually maintence has a turn around time of 24 hours. One time my heat wasn't working and this was during a freezing cold night and following day. I called the office prepared to be very upset but they were so friendly on the phone, apologized, and had someone at my door in 20 minutes! Though the apartment isn't the greatest, the office crew is so wonderful and friendly and to me that makes living here a pleasure. I have lived in many nice places including Buckhead but hated living there because the office staff were such jerks. I have lived here for one year and will probably stay until I buy a house. I recommend it, for friendly caring staff, just don't expect top of the line apartments.
