There is truth to the saying "when you look for faults you will find them." Well, I do want to tell you about living at Walton River Apartments, a place I had not expected to find in Atlanta with the convenience of shopping centers in walking distance, immediate access to I-75 and I-285, and a grounds layout that allows for kinetic walking exercises surrounded by many trees, shrubs and song birds, as well as continuous property monitoring for cleanliness and safety. Despite the many apartments, the community is a quiet place. The layout gives a feeling of freedom and security along with an environmentally pleasing view. Requests for maintenance and repairs are accommodated in an efficient and courteous manner. The apartments are very spacious and have plenty closet space. The livingroom has a wall length balcony, big enough to easily serve brunch for four outside. The clubhouse, sports activity center, swimming pool, picnic gazebo and laundry rooms enhance community living and are aesthetically maintained. So far, I have not regretted moving here and leaving my beautiful lake home in another state.
