I moved here because I needed a place to stay while I looked for a house. It is convienient to the airport which is important because I'm originally from another state. I also wanted to be close to the city and the fun spots like Buckhead and this fit the bill.

The rent is beter than what I expected to pay. The grounds are beautiful and I'm within a couple of minutes of the Chatahoochie parks and trails. Unlike the last apartment I lived I got a maintenance request to fix my dishwasher handled the same day. The weight room has several useful pieces of equipment and treadmills etc and the pool is awesome. I routinely see the courtesy officer walking his K-9 dog around the complex---Talk about feeling safe, that dog has to be 100 lbs.

I was in a rush to get a house but now I'm not as concerned. I'll let someone else cut the lawn, clean the pool and trim the bushes. The management is great and in the year I've been here I thing only one of the people in the office has left -- everyone else is still here which is not the norm. I live here with my wife and kids. I wouldn't stay if it wasn't safe and a good place to live.
