I moved to Walton Rivers in the winter and during the cool months, I never experienced the bugs, but when the summer time hit, I saw all kinds of bug life in the hallways and the in my apartment... This is a horrible place to live!!!! People do not pick up the dog feces, so watch your step, the apartments look gloomy and even if you clean it still has a moldy musty look. We broke our lease and gladly paid the 1100 just to get out of there...My neighbor saw a snake in his bathroom and I killed a scorpion in my laundry room...( Yeah, a scorpion) I was afraid to go out after sun-set because I would be attacked by the bugs in the hallway...OH MY GOD, lets not talk about the horrible children that park their bikes in parking spots and dare you to say anything to them...STAY AWAY, I could write forever about this place!

Yes I agree with 250% on the disrespectful children and lets not talk about their parents who don't monitor them. About the bugs, now i dont have any problems with them inside my house but the hall way is a different story. So I start spraying bug spray in the hall way every three to four weeks (in the sunner) and that seems to help out a lot. About the the dog feces, thats a whole another story. What I cant undrstand is why people wish to have pets over 20lbs living in a one or two bed room apt especially when the lease says NO PETS OVER 20lbs and then they have more then one (JUST NASTY)
