I recently moved into Walton River and have had a wonderful experience. The leasing staff have been quick to answer all my pesky questions and the maintenance team even lended me tools for my furniture. On my move-in day, I asked for help fitting my oversized washer and dryer into my laundry room. The maintenance supervisor was out the same day with a solution for me. The rooms are so large, the closets are huge, the kitchen is nice and open...I just love the wide open spaces. The people here are friendly and helpful, the views are gorgeous no matter where you move in, and it feels safe and secure with the gates and lighting. It is an older community, so there may be a few layers of paint on the walls and baseboards. But the benefits are great: location at a cost newer communities can't afford to offer, a very knowledgable staff, and square footage that can't be beat for the price.
