I would like to submit a review of my apartment community. My husband and I have lived at Walton River Apartment Homes since 1998. We started off in a one bedroom apartment which was so roomy you would not believe it. Large living room, large bedroom which was in excellent condition. We decided to move to a two bedroom to accommodate family and friends visits. Our apartment home is really magazine worthy. Our son who lives in a condo in Buckhead is impressed with what this community is doing for us that he said he wished his home association would do the same for them. We felt great with that comment! You would need to see with your eyes to appreciate Walton River Apartment Homes.
We live within the circle of the complex and can say we have peace and quiet all of the time. There are children in the area, but when you put quality parents in the complex, the children are well supervised which we expect from Bryan and his staff, and we get. We know our complex has been here longer than some other complexes, but they have always been well kept. We have never had any major problems in our home. If problems do arise, our most qualified maintenance staff (Jimmy, Phil and Eddie)takes care of them promptly. We also take great pride and care of our home. Little things we can take care of we take care of and that is important. We have notice that some people move into an apartment and will not even notify the office with problems that takes a toll on the unit. If you want a great complex, you need to be a part of the solution and not part of the problem. We know our office staff is doing a great job of making Walton River a good community to live in because they are always available and they listen. Things get done, they make sure of it and we believe this is why Walton River is a great place to live.
This year there has been a great deal of major upgrades done to our community for the better. New doors and frames for our apartments, and major landscaping. It is mind blowing to see our rental monies being put to good use, at most complexes you will never see that.
We have new appliances in the kitchen which makes life easy for us(we like to cook for family and friends)and a great dishwasher(a must) which we don't take for granted. We are content here. We love it here and highly recommend it if you take the time to research this community. Take your time and you will find this is a growing community and especially with the Cobb Energy Center, Cumberland Mall and Kroger within walking distance! All is good here!!! Make it what you want! Demand it and it will happen in this community. Thanks Bryan, Abby and staff!! We love you all. The landscape crew is the best. A special shout out to Rolando, who keeps everything beautiful!!!!

My boyfriend and I are looking at moving to this apartment complex. Being a young female, my main criteria in apartment hunting is safety. How would you categorize the crime in the area?
