My roommate and I were looking for something close to Atlanta, where we both work. Walton River has been so much more than we expected. The staff are quick to find a solution to any problem- whether it's "their job" or not. The River Room- where residents can watch TV, get a fancy coffee, or use computers- is SO nice. The entire community is surrounded by green trees and the landscape is really well done. It's great to have super nice leasing staff AND maintenance staff who are fun to talk to and ready to help with anything. What drew us to River to start with were the reasonable rent rates and the truly surprising spaciousness of the apartments. Any other complex we looked at had your typical apartment size, but the rooms and living areas at River are huge. Now we're seeing the excellent service and beautiful look of the community that is here. I would recommend River to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to live for a very reasonable price.
