Junk Yard!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   There are many things everywhere, Trash everywhere, Police everywhere (looking for someone), graffiti on the walls and promises never kept by management. Overall life would be much better in the famous witch market in central La Paz Bolivia. I have spent time in both places and Bolivia is better by far. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
