unsafe From: Lizabell Date posted: 3/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived at Riverbend for 2 1/2 years. Since they have been renovated, they are very attractive apartments with new appliances and open floorplans. The neighborhood has always had a friendly vibe, especially at the pool by the river. I have heard gunshots on numerous occasions, and the neighbors get loud and roudy. Many apartments have a window or two on a breezeway, which is too accessible, considering the area.
