I have lived in this community for 2 years and overall it is a nice place to live. The apartments are renovated with nice appliances and very clean. The staff is very friendly with the exception of one person and the maintenance staff is reliable, though the staff who relay the messages to the maintenance people is poor. The neighbors are nice and considerate. The negative drawbacks is the rent is kinda high considering it's not a gated community and the gate is another drawback. It has NEVER worked since I've lived there. The community had a slight problem with theft but that's expected in any large community, especially one that's in a wooded area. Also the access doors to the laundr room and fitness center are never locked which leaves room for theft and non-residents entering the fitness room to watch cable. The 2nd smaller laundry room is horrible. Smelly, in the dungeon and just a waist of time to even operate. There are two trash compactors on site, which there needs to be more because it's a very large community. But overall it's a nice community, it's right on the RIver and has 2 very nice pools and tennis courts with lessons. Oh, one more thing the cable. FOr some reason they have a contract with ATM cable and you have to use them in order to look at TV. Their rate are ridiculously high and they don't offer anything but basic service, you have to go through another company to get premium channels which is another cable bill. It's ridiculous. Also don't expect to et your security deposit back unless you hire a cleaning company.
