I like the complex, I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the end in building 1300 and have never had a problem. The cabinets are new and not all painted over a million times, the appliances are up to day and it is a nice size living area. I wish the heat worked a bit better but I do have vaulted ceilings so maybe that's the problem. I don't have a bug problem EXCECPT in the summer, (now) there are few little spiders and these fast crawling bugs, I should call for a pest spraying I guess but it is only every now and then, plus my boyfriend loves the view until he leaves the balcony opened all damn day so I bet that doesn't help. Uhm besides the fact that they need to wash the buildings and take the trash cans away from the mail area, I have no more compalaints. OH, WE HAVE A GATE THAT HAS NEVER WORKED SINCE I SIGNED MY LEASE JULY 2003, THAT PISSES ME OFF!!!
