Cars Running in Buildings Break Ins, Water Outages

I beg of you, do not sign a lease with Riverbend Apts..I had a car run into my apartment twice..almost every month there is a note on your door in reference to a recent break in. Oh yeah and everytime you turn around the damn water is off. Nobody knows why..don't dare workout and think that you will take a shower afterwards..because guess what..the water will be off. Oh yeah when you decide that you are not going to renew the lease, they try to tell you that you have to give them 60 day notice. Also be careful walking to your car..people drive so fast through there, that you might get hit.

EVERY BUG YOU CAN IMAGINE WILL BE WAITING ON YOU WHEN YOU GET HOME.
