This place is sketchy. At night, theres random people walking around the parking lot. Whenever I have female friends come over, even its in the middle of daylight, they have to call me up when they get into the parking lot so I can escort them to my apartment. Pathetic people with no class yelling lewd comments at females. Its a joke.

Its pathetic when I leave for the weekend and comeback half expecting my apartment to have been broken into. There is absolutely no point in locking the doors because in order to break into the apartments, all you have to do is push in and up on the windows.

Also, as other people have mentioned the tv and internet has to be purchased through some out-fit called "Mediaworks". Its a total scam with a limited channel line-up and the high-speed internet is barely better than dial up.

Also, if you live on the ground level, whenever it rains, your apartment floods.

If you have no money, no nice possessions, and dont mind living around sketchy people, this place is for you.
