This is the WORST living experience I have ever had. There are so many other options for living right up the road.

From day one my apartment has smelt like cigarettes. It is nasty to come home to the smell of contanst dull cigarette smoke.

My carpets were not new upon move-in so don't expect nice floors.

The walls are so thin that if someone shut a cabnet in their kitchen next door you hear it. And, it seems that people have no respect while knowing the walls are so thin. Many times my floors, walls, even furniture has been vibrating from neighbors music.

If you live be the river, you are taking the chance of people throwing extremely loud parties until morning hours or until the police come to break it up.

The office staff doesn't care for you at all. They are trying to cover up their incompentency by offering breakfasts or cheesy little parties twice a month.

I have been packed and waiting to get out of here for many months.

This is the worst mistake I have ever made in renting. Please take my advice and RUN AWAY.
