HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE AND STAFF From: joyner@hotmail.com Date posted: 8/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 2 responses   I moved to these apartments about 5 months ago and signed a 1 year lease. HUGE MISTAKE! The Management does not care about the residents and the maintenance while advertised as being available 24 hours is NOT! It took them 3 weeks to fix my broken dishwasher. I had just moved in and the apartment was just in disarray! My leasing consultant Zack was very non-chalant about my problems and I actually had to go on some of the apartment tours by myself. His excuse..they did not have enough staff! Phone calls go unreturned, there are no clear guidelines about what constitutes trash (have a neighbour that uses the balcony as a storage facility). The place is infested with roaches that crawl to my apartment, I have complained about his but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I get the "here she comes again" look each time I walk into that office and I HATE IT! I HATE IT HERE! IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!
