Nice Enough for the Price From: annealmasy Date posted: 1/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   We've lived here since March of 2005, and just renewed our lease until September of 2007. We look forward to moving somewhere a little less "sketchy", but we've had a pretty good experience here. It's relatively quiet, and the office staff is always very nice. The staff members who are here for a while even know us by name. We did have our car broken into in the spring of '06, which was REALLY frustrating. There are also a lot of people here who totally don't respect the property; that's the most frustrating part. They leave their trash by the mail kiosks, or take their big mean pit bulls out without a leash. Maintainance is prompt and very friendly. We painted and made our place really cute. Never had a bug problem or any major maintainance issues. Overall, it's been a good experience, but, like I said, we'll be glad to move somewhere a little more "high end".
