I've lived at Riverbend for almost a year, my least will be up end of March. I decided after my car was broken into and my stereo along with various other items were stolen from my vehicle that it is time to move on. The complex seem to be on top of letting the residense know when there has been some kind of incident that has occurred in the neighborhood. As far as my knowledge in the 10 months I lived @ Riverbend there has been 4 car break in (including mine) and a indescent exposure claim. I have a next door neighbor that sounds like he lives in my living room because he plays his music loud enough that it pounds my chest, So the walls are pretty thin, if you listen closely you might be able to hear someone sneeze. Not to mention during these winter months my closet is a ICE BOX. My experience hasn't been great, but it was a spurr of the moment move for me and now I'm planning to move alot closer to work. Its not the worst place I've been I'm sure there is places alot worst then Riverbend, but if you need something that is temporary I might recommend. The front office seem to be pretty helpful and kind. The Workout Facility smells like BO and is under equipt. The laundry Facility has broken washers often.... However if you need something quick Riverbend might be for you.
