My husband and I have lived in this community since July of 2006. We moved here because it's in a nice central location (right off 75/285). Since Walton has bought the property, we have renewed our lease twice...that's just how great this community is. The new leasing lodge is beautiful, and there's a coffee shop/lounge with computers. The grounds are very well kept, and the office staff are very professional and courteous. This is a gated community, and I don't know of any incidents/crimes since Walton has owned the property. There are two swimming pools on the property, a fitness center, two laundry centers, and we are of course, right on the Chattahoochee. We also have a Cares Team which hosts events regularly. I would recommend this property to anyone who has high expectations of the community they live in.
