Moved in on 29 Feb 08 (leap year). Formerly Riverbend Apartments renamed appropriately and complex has been SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED in the year. Many of cracked curbs and sidewalks have been replaced and many apartments have been renovated.

My apt has a nice view of the river and I feel quite safe living here. The new management staff is professional, responsive, and courteous. The complex office is in the old club house and is very nice with high ceilings and exposed timbers. Management has added a coffee house/internet cafe and regularly sponsors events like Texas Hold 'em and open mic night for the residents. Complex now has an outstanding maintenance staff and the grounds are very well kept. The rain runoff creek that ran down the middle of the west side of the complex has been enclosed and sodded.

Security gates have been replaced and are fully operational. A new security gate has been added on the driveway between the condominiums and the complex and the old (ugly) chainlink fence with attractive wrought iron. Buildings are kept clean and hallways swept (airblow) regularly.

Pool is nice and well-maintained. Area behind club house has been reseeded and was nice this summer. Residents are able to walk right down (and into) the Chattahoochee River. Fishermen and rafters can be observed routinely in the warm months.

Overall ..... complex is nice and reasonably priced. I looked at 7 other complexes in the area before deciding on this one, but recommend you visit, meet with the new management staff and make your own decision. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
