I've lived in this community for a year now and absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Atlanta. I had a 2-bedroom for my first year and then moved into a 3-bedroom for this upcoming year. Walton does an outstanding job of taking care of its residents... Maintenance requests are taken care of usually within 24 hours. The property is gorgeous! We're literally right on the Chattahoochee River - my wife and I take friends tubing down the river during the summer, and you can see people fly fishing all the time. The surrounding forest is all protected, so it'll never be developed - it's like living in a national park. The grounds are well-landscaped, and there are swings and grills everywhere for residents to use. On top of all that we have a full-service specialty coffee shop run by Land of a Thousand Hills, with a cafe that has ample comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, and computers! And of course there are also the two swimming pools, fitness center, and tennis courts with an on-site tennis pro! Even with all those amenities, the rent is very reasonable.
