We have lived at Walton on the Chattahoochee for about one year. The location is great, because it is convenient to all parts of the city. Our apartment is spacious, well designed, and clean (there are no roaches!). We especially love the balcony porches. Maintenance issues are handled by a phone call to the office, where the staff is friendly and helpful. If a light bulb burns out, they replace it. It is stress free living. The few things that have needed fixing were done so quickly. It is absolutely the best keep property that I have ever seen.
The property feels like a resort with all the amenities including the gorgeous clubhouse, tennis courts, work-out room, swimming pools, and coffee / internet caf . It literally takes my breath away every time I see the view from the comfy lounge which the rapids of the Chattahoochee River. It is easy to feel pampered and refreshed sipping awesome fresh imported coffee while gazing at the eternal quality of the River where you can watch the boaters and fisherman move through a picturesque landscape of hills, trees, rocks, river, and sky! It's like living at a resort except it is affordable price!
