I have lived at many apartments in this county, and as a Police Officers in the area, I have been able to have knowledge of all the "dirt" that goes on in the differant apatments in this area. This place was known as "Riverbend" apartments and lets just say it was not the best known place to live within Cobb County. When Walton took over, we saw a DRASTIC! change in the crime within the apartment complex. Walton took over, cleaned house, and has turned this places around for the good. They have dumped tons of money in this place to make it better. There is now a fence around the apartments, a cafe house with computers/internet, the people who work here are nice(all the time and not just when you go in to get an apartment), and the maintenance is great. If you have a problem, you can call the office, or log on line and put in a clam and they come right away. There are also two Cobb County Police Officers on site (not me)to patrol/ handle any issues, if at all for the apartments. I guess to true test is when you drive on the complex and see kids playing and people down by the river cooking food and having a good time.
