Walton on the Chattahoochee is by far the best place I've ever called home. I feel like I'm on a never ending vacation-- I get to come home every day to a beautifully manicured community that's right on the Chattahoochee River! My family and friends love coming here to visit because we're able to go fishing, kayaking and grill out all in the same afternoon! I love being able to walk right down the sidewalk from my apt. to the coffee house and relax on the weekends... it's great because it's wifi connected from the cafe down to the river, so I'm able to bring my laptop and get some work done while enjoying the outdoors. Also, who else can say that they have poker, trivia and open-mic night'' It's perfect for those nights that we don't feel like spending money and staying close to home. Another reason I feel like I'm on vacation is because I never have to worry about fixing things myself. The staff and maintenance team is incredible! I can always count on them if I need help hanging a shelf, moving a heavy piece of furniture, reseting the garbage disposal, or just want someone to talk to-- and the best part, requests are always done before I get home from work! My bf loves it because he never has a "honey-do" list when he come back from trips. :) The apartment itself is absolutely adorable and perfect and we enjoy getting to know our neighbors. I plan on staying here as long as possible and recommend Walton on the Chattahoochee for anyone and everyone!

I Completely agree. I have been living here since over 6 months and have felt the same every single day here. Never have I experienced anything negative. I will definitely live here as long as I am in Atlanta.

Do you live in a studio or one bedroom? My boyfriend and I are looking to move to Walton on the Chattahoochee and like the price of the studio but wonder if it's too small.
