Dont get me wrong the property layout is beautiful. Thus the reason I moved in a year ago. But pray the sun doeS'nt come out because anything over 55 degrees your univited "guests" will be crawling along your walls bathrooms and yes even carpets on a daily. It had gotten bad enough where they sprayed 2x a week but that only made it worse. May I also add when I checkED this site a few weeks ago the rating was 10 points lower. I then mentionED to the leasing office that Im not the only person that feels the roach issue is overwhelming, and all of a sudden its up 10 points and I see back to back " great place to lives"....very interesting yes''''I know its you sne. So to be honest if you can deal with 3-4 size roaches I say go for it. aky leasing people! The truth will set you freeee!If not...look elsewhere. It may take the leasing agents some convicing since they didnt "believe" my roach stories. Trust me...i BROKE MY LEASE BECAUSE IT WAS THAT BAD!

As an apartment management company, we strive for excellence in all areas. We offer complimentary pest control service to our residents as they request it on a weekly basis, and, typically, this service is extremely effective in solving any issues with pests. While we never saw any roaches in this apartment, we did treat the apartment several times as well as the exterior of the building and offered a transfer on site to another apartment after due diligence in treating the situation.
