Worst Rental Experience Ever!

This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. The new management is unwilling to work with you, getting anything fixed is huge problem, the class of the complex has fallen dramatically - there are naked little kids running around the parking areas, loud music and dog droppings everywhere. The apartment we moved into had bearly been re-painted and the carpets were a mess (then we are expected to pay for the damages that existed when we moved in, even though we reported them). Management 'looses' paperwork and likes to charge you for whatever they can.
There is no way I would wish this place on even my worst enemies.
