There are many children running around the pool area unsupervised. People get into the pool at night and drink leaving behind cans and bottles in the pool. People drive around the complex with their music turned up. Over all it is not a peaceful community and the staff has literally laughed at me and told me to call the police. They can't even control their own tenents. The class of people who live there is not so great. The apartments themselves are very nice, but I wouldn't recommend living there unless noise and chaos doesn't bother you.

Someone on here is more than likely exaggerating. I know personaly, anytime I've had any complaints staff was extremely professional and responsive in a timely manner. That pool statement is sooo untrue.. the pool is closed and locked for the season. Maybe this resident should have thought that they asked them to call the police for the sake of records. Come on really what can office personnel really do to a noisy neighbor... an issue for authorities.I mean come on,every place has an issue here or there. I have been here going on three years, and I know for fact someone is bitter about something and not being to honest!

My wife and I are in our late twenties, and none of this stuff bothers us. We're more interested in crime rates, maint, choices in cable/internet, etc... However, I can understand how the older folks would be annoyed by this.

Funny, when I wrote this two years ago I wasn't older and looking at this now I still feel the same way. No I don't sit around looking at this site, but I get updates on my email when someone responds. Like I've mentioned in the most recent response to someone on here, people were in fact swimming and drinking in the pool in the middle of the night. The management could care less when I told them. I wasn't exaggerating, but I'm sure when the management decided to post a rebutal that's all they could think of. If anyone is interested I currently live at The Peaks at Vinings Mountain. It's more expensive, but well worth it. It's very much upper class and I haven't seen any Cabaret strippers walking around thus far. I'm actually not embarrassed to invite friends over, and there are three club houses to chose from if you would like to entertain large groups, two pools, three gyms, etc. I could go on for days. So if anyone wants to write back and tell me I'm exaggerating or a loser for posting again 2 years later...go ahead. I live in Vinings and you live in the ghetto, so I'm good to go.
