I loved this apartment the first several months I rented, but then the company that owned it changed and it has gone downhill since then. While the individual apartments are nice, the grounds leave something to be desired. . . .they are currently painting all the building a HIDEOUS yellow . .yes, I said puke yellow. The quality of residents have seriously declined and now I must deal with shady people lurking around, loud car stereo's at 4am and a trashed exercise room (someone actually tried to pull apart the pepsi machine and steal the money!)
They lowered the rent to all the apartments according to the prices online, which probably explains the quality of the new residents, but when I got my lease renewal, my rent increased $40??
Luckily I am getting married next year and will be moving out when my lease is up.
I say definitely check it out and decide for yourself.

I agree, the yellow they painted the buildings must be some leftover paint that no other person wanted, so this apartment company got a great deal. It is disguisting . . . .puke yellow paint, bright red doors, green trim. I now live in a mexican restaurant.
