My husband and I were declined by the Waterford's screening company. The reason' "Sorry Mr. & Mrs. Niemyer, 'Lou' wasn't able to verify your mortgage and housing information from New York." This 'Lou' person is the only person that works at Appfax it seems, they wouldn't take our call. Basically, The Waterford is using some business operated out of a house to screen applications - is this wise'

So, here is a couple with perfect credit, but now declined. And we have a worthless inquiry on our credit files.

Henry in the office turned very sour (not that he was any bit warm and geniune in the beginning) when we were declined, and he offered no assistance.

It's a nice building, but there is a lot of homeless, drug, and prostitute activity all around the building at night. The Waterford is not in a good neighborhood at all! I guess all things happen for a good reason.

We came to another property and were approved within minutes. Waterford: You lost a potential resident.

Funny, I didn't have any problem getting approved and they had no problem verifying my information, either. Must just be you. Both Arthurs and Henry have been great to us, so I have no idea what you're talking about. I think I'm glad you live somewhere else :)

Notice all the responses to every single review are by two people! What person in thier right mind would go through every single negative review and post a rebuttal, going as far to call someone a rube? The staff at the complex thats who! With good reviews they pull in more customers, not to mention the message above is so contentious how could you want to live in a building with that obnoxious neighbor?

I was just at Waterford for a showing. I loved it (noticed some ???weird smells??? in the hallways) but I left very interested in the property. The posts (VERY OBVIOUS) by the staff have really got me thinking it may not be the right place for me. Again, great place; but why are they running this ???campaign???? The majority of the reviews are positive. NOTE TO STAFF YOU ARE HURTING YOUR BUSINESS WITH YOUR POSTINGS???
