450 piedmont and the waterford are owned by the same company, and they're right next door.
did you recently hear about the double murders next door' this neighborhood was described as a safe and great neighborhood by our leasing agent. that was when the place wasn't even finished...... and they probably just wanted to lease and lease. lies, lies lies.

our apartment is ok, but a little overpriced for the lack of service and the unsafe garage.
consider another place in midtown, if you must.

Ok, so are you going to move away from all crime? Crime happens everywhere and you will find yourself moving and moving because you can't get away from it.
