This management company has been downright slick with their attempts to bring this neighborhood 'up and out'
Their complex next door has been witness with countless drug busts, home invasions, and one double murder.
This place is quickly resembling the type of 'unwanted' clients that live at their other complex next door.
Cars have been broken into here, and they have all been inside jobs most likely.
My wife and I pay $2,150 in rent, but we get very little in return.
The moment the ink is dry on that lease, they turn on their 'beloved' residents and become evil in laws.

What the heck do you mean you get little in return? For crying out loud they have everything anyone could possibly want. 24 hour consierge, continental breakfast 24/7, parties in the club room, an excellent workout room, etc. What more could you possibly want? What home invasions took place at the Waterford? What drug busts? Just curious since I live in the building and have no idea what you're talking about. |
