The staff at Waterford are unprofessional persons unable to comprehend a luxury property.

The staff dodges the location of the building during your initial tours. Me being from out of town, I didn't know about the three homeless service centers and soup kitchen just right around the corner. After three weeks of living here, there have been six drug busts right next door at the hotel, and there are crackheads everywhere.

If the staff were improved, this might be a fair place to live.

You hit the nail on the head: You are from out of town. You could have easily gone online to check out Midtown yourself, like most people who are moving to a new area. Then, you would have known about the homeless shelters. And as far as the drug busts go, you can't move away from crime because it's everywhere. In the burbs it's meth and in town it's crack. That's just how it is.

I think this person just has a problem living in the city, period. Sounds like another suburbanite that is afraid of "those people".
