I've been in the Waterford for 6 weeks, and have loved every moment. The staff have been more than wonderful in helping me to transition from my house in the burbs to my home in the City. They have taken care of any maintenance request with excellent turn-around time.
The location is perfect as it offers me all that I anticipated in city living, close to my job (13 min as opposed to 55-65 mins drive)lots of places to eat, drink and be merry and not have to drive home and a beautiful roomy living space for me and my dog Taz.
My hat is off to Patrick, Henry and Arthur (and everyone else) for your surpurb service.

Thank goodness an intelligent person posted. Thank you! The Waterford isn't a bad place to live at all and I find the negative posts rather silly and rather untruthful.
