i do be really liking this here place in the a-t-l

this place be lettin me have a meth lab and a crack aparttment up in it and i can be parkeing all five my cars (excalade, hummer, benz 500, bmw 7 serees, red lexus) and my baby daddy cars (cheverley taho and lexus jeep).

my homes at the front deks be a real nice person he always be calling my aparttment to be seeing if i be needin anythin

we always be haveing big partys up in waterford and the apartment be real nice and big. i can be storing over 200 bottles of cold medisin in the all the cabinets.

this place be real nice and all my customurs be living right round da corner

(parody) waterford on piedmont is a trash hole, run by trash, my former landlord couldn't believe the screening service that this place was (is) using. he told me that there were crying babies in the background.

meth labs? uh, you must be thinking about some hick place out in the suburbs. The Waterford ROCKS!! Great place to live. The people in the builing are diverse and open minded and that makes them great neighbors. Personally, I'm glad that dumbass hillbillies like yourself don't want to move in, that is just one more thing on the long list of reasons to LOVE THE WATERFORD!!!!

He's way over the top with his statements and borderline racist, but there is some truth in what he says, I just disagree with the delivery. The staff is probably responding to most of these emails.
