After spending a year in the house I have the following comments:
-During the first few months my appartment flooded from a leaky window and it took them about 2 weeks to clean it up.
-There are police patrolling the appartments due to drug usage - not difficult to identify the smell of pot in the building.
-There are regular break-ins int cars.
-The guest parking is full of "pimp-cars" no place for gusts to ever park.
-You are living one corner away from a homeless shelter - bever go out on the street - there are homeless people sleeping in the outside of the buolding - not to mention a drugfest in the park opposite.
-you have allocated parking places, which nobody adheres to - if there is somebody parked in your place they tell you that they will be angry with the person.
-On a note of good-bye - I spent 2 months trying to get an answer about getting my deposit back - after two months of telling me that the check was in the mail - I was told that they spent it on cleaning the appartment - not sure what they did with 400 USD, but they told me it's none of my business.
Good luck....

It sounds to me like you are the one with the problem. 1. I've lived there for five months and have never had an issue with any of my guests parking. There is additional parking in the other lot, too. 2. I've never seen police having to patrol the building, either. 3. The only time a break-in has occured since I have been there was during Spring Break and it was a visitor's car that was broken into by an ex-boyfriend. 4. Just curious, did you see pimps driving the cars that you refer to as pimp cars? I go out walking and riding my bike all of the time and I have never, ever been bothered by homeless people. Sure, they might ask me for money but they've never harmed me and those events are very, very rare anyway. 5. I've never experienced having someone park in my parking space, either, so I think you're just being silly on that one. I've actually spoken with the concierge on one occassion regarding a car that was parked in the visitor section for three months and it was removed immediately. 6. Maybe you left the apartment in a mess, so they had to spend your little $400 deposit. Man, it sounds to me like you have a huge problem with city living.
