No complaints so far, Beautiful Building, Fabulous amenities

I recently moved into The Waterford on Piedmont about a month ago and had been very sceptical about the location of the building but it has proven to be a great location for me.
The building offers an incredible amount of amenities (unfortunately, I have not used any of them) and is a very secure building with a 24 hour concierge.
Let me first say, that I am my own worst critic as I also manage a property Intown not far from the Waterford. I have a great corner apartment with a spectacular view of Midtown and Downtown. I love the 10' ceilings with a trey ceiling in each bedroom, it makes my apartment feel so much more open and comfortable.

Henry the Manager has done a fantastic job of responding back to me with the few little move in issues that I had, Arthur the day concierge does an incredible job balancing his many duties, he knows all residents by their first name and is extremely accomodating and helpful at all times.

I really have no complaints of importance, only things I would expect from such a high end building. I would think they would include ceiling fans in the bedrooms as they are capped and already wired for them, I did have to buy my own for the Living room and both bedrooms and pay to have them installed, crown moulding would be a really nice touch especially given the high ceilings and other trim level throughout the units. The stainless appliances are Whirlpool gold and are top notch, not your typical cheap entry level appliances so all in all it balances out.

They recently had a fully catered brunch about 2 weeks ago that was fantastic! Great food and a nice turnout of people, very enjoyable.

It is nice that Publix is directly across the street easily and safely walked at any time of the day or night.

I know that people tend to come on this website and say angry and unnecessary things, some are justified but most are not.

If they ever converted this building to condos, I would seriously consider buying my unit, it is very quiet and tucked back in a corner with no disturbances.

The rents are high, but after looking at numerous condo rentals, for the square footage and amenities, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend The Waterford on Piedmont.
