I have lived at The Waterford for a little over a year and LOVE IT!

My apartment is very spacious and thoughfully appointed with granite throughout and 10' ceilings and a great kitchen with stainless appliances and a flat cooktop stove with convection oven. The best I have seen anywhere in an apt.

I live on a high enough floor that I have an incredible downtown view from my bedroom and Midtown from my living room. The city lights ROCK!

I love the dinners and Saturday Brunches they have every month, last month we had a great dinner that was excellent.

I work in Midtown in the Bank of America building and during the summer can walk to work which is so convenient, no parking hassles! I choose not to walk in the winter because of the shorter daylight hours and the cold.

The staff has always been very accomodating to me and I appreciate all the planned events they throw, they are tastefully done and the food and drinks are always superb!

The amenities are endless and open 24 hours a day and all access is with a key fob, incredible fitness center, aerobics room, movie theatre, and pool just to mention a few.

If I have to say a negative about Waterford, it would be the large homeless population that reside in that area. On that same note, it makes me appreciate having a nice comfortable place to live and the fact it is urban living, it is to be expected.

I am moving in a couple of months when my lease is up only because of a home purhase, I will miss living here.

A guest apartment would really be the only thing I would add to compliment the already extensive list.

Special mention goes to the entire staff of Waterford, GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!
