I have lived at the Waterford since they opened the doors 5 years ago and I have been pleased since day one. I am a transplant from NY and am very accustomed to city living and all that this entails. I love my unit and have referred co-workers and friends. This is a nice building with nice people. I have met many of my neighbors at the functions that the management throws and even gain a few new clients as well.


In my experiences, the staff is always nice and the 24-hour concierge is a greatest amenity for me. I am a single female and often return home late and I feel so much safer since they have someone there to monitor the parking garage and the area surrounding the building. I recently returned from an extended trip abroad and the concierge gave me a boost. It was late at night and they saved me from waiting from AAA or disturbing a friend at such a late hour.


After reading some of the negative comments on this site I am wondering who these people really are...'
