Extensive renovations to the lobby, etc, but it doesn't make up for the un-responsive staff and paper-thin walls. There were some questionable tenants during my tenure (I called the police multiple times about loud and voilent activities of the convicted drug dealer next door, and "security" told me there wasn't much that they could do.)The rent increase for renewal was ridiculous. I couldn't get out fast enough.

On the plus side...great location!
