The Wesley Townsend is in a great location and the staff could not be nicer. However, there are some drawbacks. When I walk down the hall tenants conversations are highly audible. I can even tell what tv station they're watching, in other words the walls are very thin. Unfortunately not every neighbor is respectful of this unfortunate noise situation. As with every place there are pros and cons. If you decide to move here I suggest investing in a loud fan to drown out the noise, otherwise you may have a long year with minimal sleep. Also, at least in my experience the maintenance person does not respond unless it is an emergency.

Honestly, on my floor it is noisey on average twice a week. If you buy something to drown it out this place might be worth the other drawbacks.
