As Good As It Gets!!!

After living at the Wesley Townsend for almost 2 years I can attest to it?s commitment to it?s residents. As invariably happens in ANY dwelling, maintenance issues arise...but maintenance is always quick to respond. Hats off to Jim for such thorough and efficient response.
As for the office staff...Andy the property manager is courteous and respectful to residents needs. He is always friendly and neighborly. I feel like a "guest" when I deal with him.
Teresa...the concierge takes customer service and friendliness to great heights. Every single dealing I have had with her has been remarkably pleasant. I can?t express my gratitude enough to her for her welcoming and accomodating attitude. She even gives my dog a biscuit on his daily walks.
As for the noise factor...NEVER have I heard a sound inside my apartment...yes in the halls. But I do not make it practice to loiter in the halls and listen to other peoples conversations and televisions through their doors.
The kitchen could use some updating but all appliances are more than functional. The size and design of the apartment is unique and has un-"apartment-like". I feel as if I live in a condo.
The parking garages are safe. I HAVE NEVER experienced any issues related to my safety or my car?s. The last thing I think about is my car being vandalized or stolen. I have never spoken to anyone in the building that has experienced this either.
The gym,pool and clubhouse are in excellent condition. I have never experienced non-functioning gym equipment, unchlorinated water or dirty clubhouse surroundings. In fact, the entire builing is generally spotless, including the parking garage (which I have personally seen cleaned by the concierge on her off day by Teresa the concierge).
I would highly recommend this property to any of my friends.
If you are looking for a staff that takes pride in their property...this is it. They are all residents here.
