Pay what' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004 1 response   Dont let the "cheap" price fool you! I moved in to my two bedroom in July and it seems as if my rent is different every month. I hear loud squeaking and banging noises coming from the elevators every 5 minutes, and I live 5 apartments down from them! The person above me drops heavy objects at all hours of the night and it smells like cabbage and ass in the hallways on the weekends. The parties Justins has up the street are outrageous. There are drunk people in the streets playing loud rap music, "hoes and -------" with their pimps in the entrance area talking with the "security guard" which I bet deals drugs more then "securing" the proeprty. If the female "guard" ever did anything other then her nails or talk on the phone maybe I could get my package in timely fashion. I face Colonial Homes drive and the building across the street is ALWAYS under construction even though they are 4 years old. You will hear loud banging, mexican music and them yelling at eachother at 8am EVERY saturday morning! The leasing office claim it is louder facing Peachtree. THERE IS NO WAY! The new leasing girl they hired is L.A. trash. I assume she thinks her fake boobs will sell apartments because her ditzy personality and her stumble in heels walk certainly doesnt do it for me. I asked her a question 2 times before she even looked me in the eyes and God forbid she smile. Please request to stay in your apartment one night before you sign a lease. Walk the WHOLE building before committing. Drop by on the weekends after 10pm and check out the funk that comes in here. Be careful!!
