Phenomenal location, building-I'd buy! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   More like living in a condo than an apartment. This place has been renovated in the past year and it is like a hotel. They have a concierge, GREAT staff and the main reason I chose here was the t-1 line in my apartment. Have there been problems' Yes, but they have all been quickly resolved and then followed up on. I love this place and would buy it if I could. I really like the covered, gated parking too!
