Best value in Buckhead From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I have been here 3 years and have seen the good, the bad and the indifferent. I agree with the other reviews that for awhile it got a little scary with some of the people moving in. However, since new management has come in, the clientele has gotten so much better, the monthly parties are a blast, the other tenants are friendly and fun to be around, I enjoy the saturday breakfasts and the building is clean and so much better maintained, would be nice to have a pool this year and from what we have been told we are getting a brand new one this spring. I love my 1 bedroom facing the golf course, it's quiet and what a great view! I have made several new friends in the last year and enjoy the location. I hope things continue to improve in the building, love everything here but would like to see a little more modern interiors but for what I pay, it really is a great deal. I highly recommend it.
