Great location and very safe to live here

I had moved in about a year ago with the intent of renting for only a year and then buying a condo for the tax write off. I have to say it has been such an enjoyable experience living here that I am now thinking I want to continue renting for at least another year if not longer. The staff is fantastic, friendly and very customer service oriented, Jim, Viviana Scott and Ubol make me feel welcome and are always quick to accomodate my needs with a simple request. Although the building is older and could certainly use an interior update, I feel completely safe living here and that is very important to me. We were unsure if we were going to have a pool this year but they pulled it off just before the holiday weekend and are trying hard to keep the building well maintained and clean at all times. My apartment is very quiet and my neighbors are fantastic, the happy hours and saturday breakfasts are a great amenity that no one else offers especially for the price I pay for rent.
The only real down side I can see is all the dogs, I like dogs but there are many of them here, in the scheme of things this really is the least of my concerns.
I love it here!
