Today I had a TV delivered while I was at work. The management didn't mind at all that I asked for such a big favor. I wasn't home and they had the courtesy to go upstairs with the TV-guy (for security reasons), Make sure the TV worked fine, and take out the exact amount from my envelope to hand to them.

These little things they do for us makes our day so much easier. Being a full time student at a nearby university and a part time paralegal makes it difficult to have time to do the things they do for us. From VIP deliveries, emergency repairs, concierge service, Valet Dry-Cleaning and monthly happy hours, Wesley Townsend is a home away from home.

I would recommend any grad student, or young professional or anyone to live here. With the extensive background, credit and rental history checks, our neighbors are usually wonderful. The one's that aren't, usually don't stay long.

Overall, I give this community a thumbs up and an A on my end.

Well, I guess you would recommend this place since you pay about $1000 dollars per month. No ----.

In most cases you get what you pay for. However, Mr. Anonymous reviewer, in the case of Wesley Townsend you get much, much more. Paying $1000/month is easily worth great location, safety, courteous staff, and wonderful neighbors. If you are looking for cheap, you won't find it here. I, for one, am thankful of that.
