1/24/08 I just moved here yesterday and I have to say that so far everything has been wonderful. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. I had a bed delivered and cable/internet set up before I even arrived, and this was no problem. The building seems very secure and the location can't be beat. They even had a welcome basket with some necessities inside that was a very nice touch. I don't hear my neighbors at all, and the building is very quiet. I will say that the appliances are a bit old, but I turned down completely new ones for a little more rent so I can't really complain. So far so good!
6/30/08 Just thought I'd add a follow up to my earlier review. Still in love with this place, even more so than when I moved in. Residents and staff are a very friendly, fun group and I've been made to feel very welcome here. It's also important to note that while the 'decor' and appliances were really the only downside I could see when I moved, the WT is going through upgrading every apartment to eliminate that issue. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a convenient, amenity-laden, safe and quiet property to live in without coughing up an unreasonable amount of rent.
