I have lived here for last one year and I absolutely love the location and the management. Never had any security problems or issues with the apartment. This place is a heaven to all those who are looking for renting a place in high rises in the city.

Pros:
- Great great great LOCATION. Close to every happening place in town. I can literally walk to four corner malls and have access to pretty much anything in case my car breaks down.
- Security. The place is ultra secure. Covered parking lot only accessible via your pass. Entrance to the lobby or the building is only accessible via security pass.
- Quiet. Even though I live right on peachtree, I never heard any sound/noise. Seems like the place is soundproof!
- View. I love the view from my balcony, so many trees and the golf course just brightens up my day
- Tenants. Everyone in the building that I meet in the elevators or fitness center seems so nice! Pet friendly
- Happy hours and Saturday breakfast. We have a free continential breakfast every saturday morning in the bar area and a happy hour with free food, music and alcoholic drinks once every month. It's so nice to have these little treats :)

Cons:
- Heating/AC unit in my apartment gave me troubles 3 times this year and I ended up paying huge electricity bills.
- Carpets are not too clean

I would recommend this place to anyone anytime! I don't want to move out but I am finding it hard to find a roommate to share my 2BR/2BA apartment! :(
